Preparing Your Site for Dental Implants

Procedures such as tooth extraction and sinus lifts are often required to prepare the site of your damaged or missing tooth for a dental implant.  First, a CT scan will be taken to review the area in 3D.  After that your dentist will analyze the site for any necessary site preparation that will ensure a successful restoration.  Bone grafting is a general term for rebuilding missing bone.  A sinus lift is specific to replacing lost bone in the maxillary sinus.  Both can aid in a successful long-term outcome.
Candidate Criteria

Are You a Candidate for Dental Implants?

Determining if you’re a suitable candidate for dental implants is an essential step in your journey to a renewed smile. Ideal candidates are generally in good overall health and possess sufficient jawbone density to support the implant. Whether you’re missing a single tooth, several teeth, or require a full arch restoration, dental implants could be an excellent solution for you. Factors like oral hygiene, lifestyle habits, and overall health significantly influence the success of the implants. Even if you have experienced bone loss, procedures like bone grafts or sinus lifts can make implants viable. If you’re facing challenges with your current dental state, such as difficulty eating or self-consciousness about your smile, dental implants can offer a transformative solution.

The Journey to Site Development

Embark on the transformative journey of dental implant site development, a meticulously planned and executed process designed to restore your smile’s function and aesthetics. Each stage of this procedure is critical, contributing to the overall success and longevity of the treatment. It’s important not to rush your Full Arch Treatment.  Be patient.  We are building you a 40 story building, not a single family home.  It takes time.  Often, cases that are done “in a day” or in a few weeks to months result in an initial happiness that is replaced by sorrow and high costs as the poorly planned bridges fail 3-4 years later. From our initial consultation to the final restoration, every step is carried out with precision and care, ensuring a seamless experience and outstanding results.
